Is everything Halal?
SweetPals only offer prodcucts that are suitable for a Halal diet.
As majority of our sweets are actually Vegan they contain no animal products including milk or alcohol.
Any sweets we do sell with beef gelatine are halal certified.
Are you registered?
We are registered with our local council and are certified with Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Course for catering and COVID prevention.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once processed and packed.
Will I recieve an order confirmation email?
You should recieve an order confirmation email a few moments after placing your order.
How much does delivery cost?
We have 2 options, Royal Mail 2nd class (3-4 business day not including weekends) or Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 business days not including weekends). All orders weighing over 2kg and International orders will be shipped via UPS.
We do not offer next day delivery.
When will my order be dispatched?
Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be disptached. Due to us both having a day job we at times do require the extra days to get orders processed, packed and dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
We have had to cease international shipping temporarily and are UK and Republic of Ireland shipping only at present.
Do you accept cancellations, returns and refunds?
As we sell confectionery we can not accept cancellations or returns. If an item/s arrives damaged we will offer you a replacement/ refund, but we will require photographs of the damage items via email asap (within 24 hours).
